Dutch
Neuroscience Meeting

Tiel, The Netherlands • 24-25 June 2027
Call for Proposals

Welcome

Dear colleagues and friends,

The Organising Committee of the Dutch Neuroscience Meeting warmly invites you to submit proposals for plenary speakers and parallel sessions for next year's conference (DNM 27).

This meeting serves as a hub for the Dutch neuroscience community - a space to be inspired, discover pioneering research, reconnect with colleagues, and forge impactful new partnerships. By nominating a keynote speaker or organising a parallel session, you have a direct hand in curating an inspiring scientific programme for DNM 27.

The event will be hosted on Thursday, 24 June and Friday, 25 June 2027 at the Van der Valk Hotel in Tiel.

Please check the guidelines for session proposals for details. We especially encourage Principal Investigators working in the Netherlands to submit a nomination and/or proposal.

Plenary Speaker nominations

The Organising Committee invites nominations for plenary lectures to be delivered by experts whose research demonstrates broad relevance across our diverse neuroscience disciplines. If your nominated speaker is selected by the Organising Committee, their conference-related expenses will be fully covered (please consult the guidelines for further details) and you will be invited to host and chair their plenary lecture.

Parallel session proposals

Organising a parallel session is a fantastic way to showcase your field of interest and to promote scientific exchange and discussions with national and international peers. If your proposed session is selected, you will have the opportunity to invite a prominent speaker funded by the organisation (please consult the guidelines for further details) and will serve as the session chair and moderator.

How to submit your proposals

Access this page and follow the simple instructions. The deadline for submitting proposals is 20 November 2026.

On behalf of the Organising Committee,

Priyanka Rao-Ruiz

DNM 27 Chair
